FOUNDATION CRACKS AND REPAIRS
Bone Dry recommends the TRUE resin epoxy injection method when repairing a foundation wall
crack.  Our fully trained technicians utilize a two-part epoxy, that once injected into the foundation
wall crack, will mechanically bond to the concrete. When fully cured, this not only creates a
tensile strength greater than the original pour of the concrete, but will provide a permanent fix to
seal a leaking foundation crack and will restore the structural integrity to your foundation.
And of course, with all injection work utilizing true resin epoxy, we give a fully transferable,
LIFETIME  GUARANTEE!
We also repair:
* Cold joints/ rock pockets
* Tie rods
* Sewer/ sanitary lines
* Utility lines( water, conduits)
* Concrete swimming pools
Bone Dry also utilizes hydrophobic / hydrophilic polyurethane for injection on foundation wall
crack repairs, as well. This is an expandable, closed cell 'foam', which also works well for
stopping seepage and moisture infiltration. When the polyurethane comes in contact with
moisture, it reacts and expands within the void, and also moves with the walls as expansion and
contraction occur in the soil. The downside to this method is that it will not deliver a high tensile
strength as true resin epoxy will.
These methods are suitable for poured concrete foundations and may not perform as designed
with brick or cinder block foundations, due to mortar joints and cavities within the structure.
Foundation cracks occur for many different reasons. The shrinkage of concrete from normal
curing process, footing or differential settlement, workmanship, or the expansion and contraction
of soils through weather and season changes are just to name a few. As foundation cracks are
common and almost inevitable in every home, so is the fact that these are likely to show signs of
seepage and moisture infiltration.
